“We are delighted that PVH Corp., one of the most admired fashion and lifestyle companies in the world, has chosen Television Centre in White City as the new home for their UK headquarters. Television Centre has undergone a remarkable transformation in recent years and PVH’s presence at Television Centre, in their new building 1 Wood Crescent, will help build on the continued success of the site and further enhance its already vibrant atmosphere.”

Stanhope, Mitsui Fudosan and AIMCo recently commenced construction of another brand-new building by Gateway Central at White City Place for L’Oreal. PVH Corp. will be the latest in a growing list of existing fashion and creative occupiers at Television Centre and White City Place, including the BBC and ITV Studios, BBC Worldwide, Publicis Media, Ralph & Russo, Yoox-Net-A-Porter, Li & Fung, Soho House and the White Company.

1 Wood Crescent will be the latest addition to Television Centre, a thriving estate at the heart of an £8 billion regeneration of White City. The unique mixed-use site has rapidly become one of the UK’s most forward-thinking hubs for the creative industries, with cafes and restaurants, apartments and a hotel, attracting some of the UK’s best creative talent and businesses, alongside the neighbouring business hub at White City Place.
