FC7 Construction hosts charity Christmas fair for Nottingham Children’s Hospital

Nottingham construction company FC7 will be holding a charity Christmas fair at the beautiful Epperstone Manor.

The Epperstone Manor site, nestled in the middle of the village, was acquired by David Frudd and John Brydon in 2006. The stunning Manor has been converted into apartments, three of which were sold and are now occupied.

The team, put together by David and Jenna Frudd from the respected family firm of builders based in Nottinghamshire, transformed the 19th century manor house and surrounding grounds into stylish homes, ranging from apartments to cottages, which have been designed to blend in well with the village’s rural setting.

FC7 will host the Christmas fair on 16 November and hope to raise as much money as possible for Rose Whittle. Rose is raising money for the Children’s Oncology Unit on Ward E38, at the Nottingham Children’s Hospital, QMC Campus.

Jenna Frudd, director at FC7 Construction said: “This is the first time we’ve held this event and we’re really looking forward to making a difference to the Oncology Unit and the children who most need our support.

“It’s a fantastic way to raise community spirit and give something back to a hospital that does such a great job. The fair is going to be brilliant – we already have a great take-up from local businesses so it will also be a good opportunity to get to know local traders and their products”.

Running from 10am-4pm, the Christmas shopping fair is a great excuse to explore Epperstone, one of Nottingham’s premier villages. Set against a backdrop of stunning rural countryside, the fair will feature goodies on sale from local businesses.

Ticket entry is £5 per person and the stalls will have a variety of luxury goods on sale, perfect for filling Christmas stockings.

Stalls include items from the local farmshop, The Lavender Room (Ladies Contemporary Italian Fashion) Stick and Ribbon Boutique, Nicky Wright, Butterfly Lane, Tania Ciolli Leach from Jamie At Home, baby gifts by Abi, Bettydaisy jewellery and Boho Betty jewellery by Catherine Risman. Other stalls will be selling cupcakes, cards, furniture, bird houses and even logs.
