Commercial Valuation Partner, W1, c£70,000 pa (Base) + Bonus, Car Allowance, Pension & Private Health
An established independent private practice is seeking a Commercial Valuation Partner to join the highly-regarded Valuation department based in the W1 offices.
Joining a team of 15 fee earners the Commercial Valuation Partner will be responsible for undertaking a broad valuation role incorporating loan security, asset & fund, account and development valuations.
Working close with the other departments the Commercial Valuation Partner will focus on instructions in Central London. My client is currently on numerous bank panels, work with private property companies, family trusts, developers and institutional investors and is looking to grow in the Central London Commercial market.
As the Commercial Valuations Partner you WILL be responsible for:-
- Business Development
- Undertaking valuations of commercial assets
In order to be considered you WILL have:-
- Central London Valuation experience
- A track record in business development
