Our client, a property management company, is looking to recruit a facilities manager to manage a mixed portfolio in Manchester/Leeds/Coventry/Birmingham which consist of commercial, retail and industrial sites with a couple of small multi-occupied buildings
The candidate will have strong multi-site property portfolio experience as well as setting, managing and reconciling the service charge budget. Regularly liaise with occupiers and be the principal point of contact for advice and guidance in connection with the day-to-day physical operation of the buildings. They will inform Property Managers of any occupier matters that may influence valuation/investment considerations including assistance in monitoring Tenant’s compliance with covenants. Report to Property Managers in accordance with an agreed procedure, ensuring the Regional Facilities Manager is kept informed on matters relating to standards of facilities management.
