Beach Baker is assisting this large and highly successful development arm of a leading company to attract a Development Officer to join a small and very active team. This senior and experienced team includes the Development Director and the team focusses within the urban regeneration sector.

This is a really interesting role where you will be involved with the planning and development of a large urban regeneration project.

You will assist the team working on a final stage of this high profile development regeneration masterplan, providing support to the team in a range of activities from design through to preparing reports and contracts, compulsory purchase and other legal documentation, securing investment and supporting specific community initiatives.

Candidates can be from a development, real estate or planning background with an interest in large development projects; mixed use sites and regeneration construction and development projects. Candidates will be numerate, proactive and want to be heavily involved with this small and dynamic team. The role requires very good attention to detail with strong excel and numeracy skills.

Candidates must be degree qualified and will either have development or project management experience and already have a strong understanding of large development projects and a wish to work for a leading company delivering large urban regeneration sites.
