Trebor Developments LLP and Hortons’ Estate Limited have announced the selection of G F Tomlinson as the appointed contractor to build their prestigious retail park development in Sutton Coldfield. Work on site now commences with the retail units opening in Autumn 2013, in time for the busy Christmas trading period.
With pre-lets in place to American Golf and Greggs, Trebor/Hortons will develop the further retail units speculatively, given the strong interest that has already been shown in this premier retail location.
