Colliers has welcomed Prina Shah to its Central London Valuations team, taking the business’s London valuation offering to 10 professionals.
Prina joins from Cushman & Wakefield where she was Partner following a 14-year career at the firm. Prior to this she spent over four years with CBRE, working within Valuation Advisory & Investment Consulting.
Prina has significant expertise in commercial valuation, asset management and advisory work across London and the wider UK market. She also has substantial expertise within the healthcare sector, including medical centres, NHS assets, hospitals and specialist care facilities.
