On behalf of The Box Factory Limited, Wareing & Company have acquired 50,000 sq ft of storage and distribution space at Burnt Heath Farm, Southam, Warwickshire, on a 5 year lease at a rent in the order of £290,000 per annum.
The building has been long established for distribution use, and it is located close to The Fosse Way (approximately 3 miles from Leamington Spa).
In addition, Wareing & Company have disposed of The Box Factory’s lease in respect of premises at Highdown Road, Sydenham, which comprises c. 11,000 sq ft, to Tungsten Engineering. The passing rent was £100,000 per annum with approximately 3 years remaining on the existing lease.
