Bromwich Hardy’s ongoing success has been highlighted by three CoStar awards for sealing top deals in the Midlands in the first quarter of 2026.

Two of the awards are for “Top Industrial Leasing Deals” which included the 223,936 sq ft Axiom 224 warehouse booked for WS Transportation at Precision Park, in Leamington Spa.

The other industrial deal was the 81,774 sq ft warehouse booked for Woodthorpe Hall Garden Centres Ltd at Siskin Parkway West, on the Middlemarch Business Park in Coventry.

The third award is for a “Top Office Leasing Deal” for the 20,180 sq ft space booked for HCR Law at Hyperion House, on Tachbrook Park in Leamington Spa.

Tom Bromwich, managing partner at Bromwich Hardy, and Mark Booth, a senior surveyor at the firm, were the agents involved in all three deals.

Mr Bromwich said: “We are delighted that our successful progress in a tough market has once again been recognised.

“Whilst volatility in the Middle East has caused all sorts of global economic problems, we’re still seeing a return of market confidence here in the Midlands.

“The first quarter has seen us seal various property deals and to have three of them highlighted in the quarterly CoStar awards is a great achievement.”

The quarterly CoStar awards come just weeks after Bromwich Hardy in CoStar’s annual awards – two for the Most Active Disposal Agent, and two for Most Active Single Branch Agency Acquisitions & Disposals, winning each category for the size of properties and number of deals made.

Bromwich Hardy has also recently lifted the “Property Business of the Year” trophy at the West Midlands Business of the Year Awards 2026.

And Tom Bromwich was last month named “The Inspirational Individual – Businessperson of the Year” in the Coventry & Warwickshire Business and Community awards.
