Industrial & Logistics specialist Erdgard Development, in partnership with the Richardson family business has submitted a planning application for a new £36m GDV industrial and logistics scheme at Pendeford Business Park in Wolverhampton.
Pulse, Wolverhampton will deliver three units on a 10-acre site ranging from 21,000 sq. ft to 80,000 sq. ft.
If approved, the BREEAM Excellent-rated units will be available for occupation in Q3 2027.
Allan Wilson, Director at Erdgard said: “We are excited by the prospect of bringing this redundant site back into beneficial use. If approved, the application will enable the development of three high-quality industrial and logistics units in an outstanding working environment.”
Savills and CBRE have been appointed at joint leasing agents at Pulse, Wolverhampton.
