Aberdeen Investments is advancing the next phase of its ambitious refurbishment programme at 151-155 St Vincent Street, a landmark office building in the heart of Glasgow city centre.
Building on recent successes, including the high-profile letting to Addleshaw Goddard and the completion of a newly enhanced entrance at 155 St Vincent Street, Aberdeen is now spearheading a comprehensive upgrade of the 5th floor suite, which spans 10,860 sq ft. This phase also introduces new welfare facilities in the basement, significantly improving end-of-journey amenities alongside enhanced wellness provisions. Completion is scheduled for Easter 2026.
The 5th floor will feature an exposed ceiling finish and modern VRF air conditioning, delivering a sustainable, cost-effective solution while offering occupiers flexibility in their final fit-out.

Addleshaw Goddard selected the building after an extensive market search, citing its central location, scale of refurbishment, and Aberdeen’s ability to structure a competitive, flexible leasing package. The firm has secured a 10-year lease of the 4th floor at a headline rent of £32.50 per sq ft.
