New offices in Birmingham’s Colmore Row business district are attracting a wave of new professional services firms.
The premium offices at Five St Philips are managed by Gilbanks, the firm’s fourth premium serviced office operation in the UK, and its first in the city.
Part B Group has relocated to the new Colmore Row hub as part of its continued growth strategy. The firm joins a growing community of leading professional businesses at Gilbanks in Five St Philips, including accountancy practice Websters, investment bank Cavendish, and built environment consultancy Ridge Partners, which were among the first occupiers to move into the premium workspace.
Commenting on their move, Manpreet Gill, regional director from Part B Group, said: “We’re excited to choose Gilbanks in Birmingham for our new workspace. The central location, the quality of the space, and the professionalism of the Gilbanks team were major factors when choosing our work home. Their flexible and friendly approach was also appreciated. We’re excited to grow from here and expand our work across the Midlands.”
Gilbanks at Five St Philips is purposefully designed for professionals with a distraction-free, high-quality workplace. It creates a space where teams can focus, perform, and thrive. Every element, from the customer service to the furnishings, is tailored to enhance productivity and well-being. Alex Duckett, managing director at Gilbanks, added: “Birmingham’s professional community values both quality and location.
