The Boutique Workplace Company announces new Cheltenham workspace

Flexible workspace operator, The Boutique Workplace Company has signed its first management agreement with PITCH, a fund managed by Swiss Life Asset Managers UK, to operate 10,500 sqft of ground floor serviced office space in Jessop House, Cheltenham. The agreement includes the potential to expand further across the 60,000 sqft floorplate over time.

Jessop House is a three-storey office, offering grade A accommodation of varying sizes and totalling almost 60,000sqft. It boasts strong amenities, including natural light throughout, onsite café with al-fresco and indoor seating, three lifts, ample underground parking, showers and bike storage. It is perfectly located between the train station and town centre.

The Cheltenham site at Jessop House, builds upon Boutique’s existing portfolio of 40 workspaces across London, Birmingham and Glasgow.

Aimed specifically at the Cheltenham and wider Gloucestershire / Cotswolds area, Jessop House will be a hub for small and growing businesses. Memberships will be available to solo workers, a range of meeting rooms available for clients and external businesses and private offices for businesses from 2 to 20 people. Boutique’s space totals 188 desks across many office size configurations.
