A leading property consultancy, which deals with all aspects of property advice have instructed Beach Baker to recruit a senior chartered commercial valuation surveyor for their expanding team based in Leeds.
We are seeking a candidate with ideally have around 1-5 year’s post qualified experience to join this team. You will preferably have experience working for a property consultancy already with a large element of your current role devoted to valuation work. This position will involve a mix of portfolio, loan security and investment valuation for a variety of commercial properties as well as some residential development sites. The ideal candidate will already be an established surveyor working for a competing firm, however candidates looking to relocate to Yorkshire from another large city can be considered.
