£40,000 – £45,000 salary + Competitive Package
A well respected and renowned Commercial Property Consultancy are currently recruiting a Surveyor to join their expanding Automotive & Roadside team. Great opportunity to progress your career within an established commercial environment!
My client is a specialist team providing a full range of services including valuation, agency, investment, development and lease consultancy. This role is principally valuation related however there is scope for expansion/crossover into other service lines, including lease consultancy and agency. Based in Birmingham but operating nationwide this position will have the opportunity to travel extensively throughout the UK to fulfil this demanding, fast moving and exciting role.
Job Responsibilities:
- Business Development and maintaining excellent relationships with existing clients
- RICS Red Book commercial property valuations.
- Providing a full range of services including valuation, agency, investment, development and lease consultancy.
The successful candidate will be RICS Qualified and ideally have experience within the automotive & roadside market. Candidates that have worked in a large property organisation and possess a breadth of knowledge and a keen willingness to learn new skills will also be considered. Excellent communication and client interfacing skills are also required.
