SENIOR SURVEYOR / ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR LONDON

£45,000 – £55,000 plus Car Allowance plus Bonus plus Full Benefits Package

Beach Baker has been instructed to assist this large and leading property consultancy to attract a Senior Surveyor or Associate to its highly successful team in London.

Working for 2 main investment fund clients, you will handle property matters for predominantly office and industrial assets across London and the South East.

Working in a team of 4 as part of a wider national team, you will enjoy enormous support to work with these long-standing clients.

You will enjoy the opportunity to work closely with the lead partner and have direct client contact immediately.

You will assist in managing the client relationships and therefore candidates will be required to have excellent communication skills in addition to a strong proven track record within property management.

You will handle a range of matters, including regular client reporting and will work closely with the asset managers to maximise the value of the portfolios.

We are seking an individual who is ideally MRICS/chartered but this is not essential for this position for candidates with relevant experience. You will be commercially focussed and a strong team player.
