A well respected property consultancy has instructed Beach Baker to recruit an office agent to join this expanding office agency team based in Bristol. We are looking for a candidate who can work in conjunction with a very strong, transactional team and help promote the firm regionally as well as service national/international clients in the wider Bristol and South West area.
The agency team is a highly regarded team which advises on the acquisition and disposal of excellent array of grade A business and office premises located in Bristol and across the UK. We require a candidate with ideally a minimum of 2 years’ PQE experience who has the appetite to develop and assist the strong agency presence in the Bristol and South West market. The main responsibilities include: day-to-day office agency instructions with focus on existing, and new office instructions.
Relocating candidates will be strongly considered. Experience with a leading property consultancy is advantageous as well as the ability to demonstrate office market experience. You must be MRICS and professionally qualified and ideally work for a property consultancy currently.
