SENIOR ANALYST – UK REAL ESTATE LONDON
£60,000 – £70,000 Plus Bonus Plus Incentives and Full Benefits Package
Beach Baker is pleased to be working with a renowned property investment company which is looking to attract a Senior Analyst to join the business and be based in the modern and bright offices in the West End – which has close transport links.
My client is seeking an experienced Analyst who has a proven track working within an analytical role in the UK real estate market.
As you would expect, candidates will need to be highly competent with excel modelling and relevant packages. Candidates with a real estate graduate training or related qualification would be of particular interest, although this is not essential for candidates who have been in a similar position for a minimum of 3 years and can exhibit strong analytical skills.
Suitable candidates will have valuation knowledge and extensive forecasting experience and you be competent producing reports for both internal and external use.
You will undertake a range of activities in this business critical role which will include:-
- Appraisals for development and capex purposes
- Portfolio forecasting
- Acquisition and disposal analysis
- Performance analysis
- Assisting with research and strategy papers
