Senior Land Buyer/Acquisitions Surveyor, Residential Property Investment Specialist, London Based
Basic Salary £45,000 – £55,000 + Competitive Package
My client is a niche specialist within the affordable housing market backed by significant institutional capital. They are currently looking for an Acquisitions Director with experience of executing residential new build acquisitions to source and appraise new build social housing projects across the UK.
Broad experience of residential new build development is required for the role along with the ability to appraise complex developments, prepare and submit compliant bids to developers and housebuilders.

The successful candidate will ideally be RICS Qualified with at least 2/3 years PQE. Successful candidates will need to be motivated individuals who will simply get on with the job and possess a contact book to get them started.
