Senior Surveyor – Retail Agency/Investment, London W1, Base Salary of up to £45,000 Base + Strong Commission structure
My client is an award winning retail and leisure adviser looking to recruit a Senior Level Surveyor to join their expanding London team.
The position will involve representing landlords on marketing, investment strategy and tenant mix on all types of retail restaurant and leisure projects. Our client prides itself on its visionary and strategic approach to real estate and this is why many well-known international retail clients use them to locate their prime premises. They are heavily involved in urban regeneration schemes along with smaller speciality schemes, helping landlords to seek out new and exciting brands for their buildings.
Job Responsibilities:
- Advising on commercial strategy – including tenant mix, retail positioning, commercial letting terms & spec, market analysis, place-making, commercial marketing and meanwhile uses.
- Producing consultancy reports on retail & creative office strategy for developments in viability stages; to support planning process.
- New business generation – creating pitch documents and presenting to prospective clients.
- Lettings – co-ordinate negotiations with occupiers on behalf of the Landlord (client).
The successful candidate will ideally be RICS Qualified with at least 1/2 years PQE.
