Senior Retail Leasing Surveyor – Client Side, London – Base Salary circa £55,000 + bonus + benefits
My client is a pioneering property company with a London portfolio consisting of retail, office, industrial and residential assets. The successful applicant will be responsible for developing the London retail business in leasing across the current and future portfolio.
The role would suit a Surveyor with strong transactional exposure and experience in managing the overall leasing of different retail developments within the London market.
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing the leasing of each project and finding suitable retail tenants to take up residence in each completed project.
- You will be required to manage letting agents, undertake general marketing, negotiating leases and work on asset management initiatives such as lease renewals and spot value add opportunities within the portfolio.
- Negotiate offers between tenants and external agents.
- Working alongside the Head of Asset Management & Development Director to conduct market appraisals/valuations.
The successful candidate will ideally be MRICS and have roughly 5+ years agency/leasing experience. Excellent presentation and communication skills are also a prerequisite.
