£48,000 – £55,000 plus car allowance plus bonus plus full benefits package

Beach Baker is assisting a leading general practice firm to recruit a Lease Advisory Associate as an expansion role within a strong and successful London based team.

You will be responsible for providing professional lease advisory services to core retail clients, which will predominantly be based around high street and shopping centre assets.

Working for both landlords and tenants, this role is interesting and varied and being part of a strong existing team will help the transition into the role and business.

We are looking to attract an MRICS surveyor with strong technical landlord and tenant understanding, who has excellent communication skills.

As you would imagine at Associate level, you will be at ease working towards personal fee targets and being involved with the expansion of existing client relationships and support new business initiatives.
