We are pleased to be assisting a well-known medium sized private practice to recruit an additional Retail leasing agent to its successful west end team.
Working for leading retailers and major landlords to negotiate and close transactions in the London and south East Regional market, your role will be advising landlords and tenants on all lease matters.
This is a transactional role where you will conduct inspections and create acquisitions reports in order to meet the acquisition and disposal targets of a range of well-known retailers and landlords in order to meet their ongoing property strategies.
You will work with a wide range of existing clients where your focus will be on delivering transactions.
Candidates will ideally have c5 years’ experience within a similar role and be a well-networked and highly proactive agent.
