Retail Agent

A leading UK wide Practice is keen to recruit a Retail Agent to join their highly successful Manchester Office.

As Retail Agent you will be responsible for developing a high quality agency offering focusing on the retail sector.

You will develop a strong network within and understanding of the regional market through constant contact with owners and occupiers and secure and manage instructions and relationships with clients and others in the local and regional property market.

The opportunity allows you to manage, grow and develop a team.

You will consider yourself a professional, deal orientated individual with ideally significant experience in industrial or broadly business space agency. You will have a proven track record in winning new business and a deal sheet of acquisitions and disposals on behalf of clients.

A great role that will recruit up to Senior Surveyor level and will offer significant autonomy and progression opportunity.
