A leading property consultancy, which deals with all aspects of Residential Property advice have instructed Beach Baker to recruit a senior chartered surveyor for their expanding team based in Leeds.
We are seeking a candidate with ideally have around 1-5 year’s post qualified experience to join this team. You will preferably have experience working for a property consultancy already with a large element of your current role devoted to valuation work. This position will involve a mix of portfolio, loan security and investment valuation for a variety of residential property & development sites. The ideal candidate will already be an established surveyor working for a competing firm, however candidates looking to relocate to Leeds will be considered.
The mix of clients include specialist funds and investors as well as other leading corporate organisations. We invite applications from ambitious candidates to share in the success of a dynamic firm based in Leeds. On offer is salary range of between £28,000 – £35,000 + Excellent benefits and bonus.
