Real Estate Analyst, Specialist Property Investment Company, London

Basic salary of circa £40,000-£45,000 + Competitive Package + Guaranteed Bonus

My client are currently recruiting a Property Analyst with complex modelling and Microsoft excel skills to join their internationally recognised firm.

This is a significant opportunity for an experienced property analyst to progress their career within a niche investment team that is part of a larger Private Equity Real Estate Group. This company places a strong emphasis on providing an efficient data service tailored to a variety of clients that are acquiring real estate assets on a day to day basis.

Examples of Job Responsibilities:

• Liaising with the investment teams to ensure good standards of cross communication and promotion.
• Generating marketing material such as teasers and presentations as required for property transactions
• Sensitivity and scenario analysis
• Global property market forecasts
• Reporting recommendations to directors, liaising with solicitors and managing transactions through to successful conclusion

The successful candidate will be degree educated and RICS accredited. Proven experience working in a private equity real estate business with a focus on residential properties would be ideal. Strong research skills, experience of creating business plans and critically analysing third party business plans are also required.
