Ratings Surveyors, London Up to £80,000 OTE
A niche property consultancy that specialise in ratings appeals are looking for Ratings Surveyors to join the established growing team in London.
As the Ratings Surveyor you will be acting for a range of clients that include occupiers and investors.
This will involve:-
- Arranging & attending client meetings
- See the process from conception through to completion
- Meeting tight deadlines
- Undertaking multiple cases at the same time
In order to be considered for the role you WILL:-
- Have a proven track record in negotiations
- Ideally have worked on ratings appeals
