Quantity Surveyor

Beach Baker are instructed to on a fabulous opportunity for an established Quantity Surveyor with an independent construction and property consultancy. They provide project & commercial management, quantity surveying, CDM/principle designer, risk management and value engineering services. They also assist with project viability and funding resourcing for some of their niche instructions.

On their behalf, we are looking for a Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor with project experience to join their small team in this regional office. Ideally you should be working in a consultancy, but contractor’s and D&B QS candidates will be considered. We are keen to hear from self-starters who can run with a project and liaise productively with stakeholders.

Recent projects have included; schools, niche heritage conversion, unusual leisure, PCT, mixed retail/office and high tech science, with project values between £250k and £12m.
