We have been instructed to introduce an Associate or Director level individual to a PQS firm in Leeds.
Our client has two established offices in the UK and are now looking to open an office in Leeds. Our client is therefore looking to appoint a director of cost management who can effectively grow and manage the Leeds QS / cost management offering.
Our client has been established for almost 10 years and focus on the residential and hotel sectors among others. Someone who has experience in these sectors would be welcome, as would someone who can bring something new to the table in terms of clients / projects.
Our client is looking for an individual who has a track record of delivery and work / contacts to bring over and introduce to the new firm. Experience of growing or managing teams would be helpful. House builder / developer / contractor / consultancy applicants all welcome; the founding director comes from a developer background and would be interested in meeting those with a mix of experience
