Property Management: Senior Surveyor / Associate Director for Leading Central London Portfolio

Salary: £48,000 – £54,000 plus Car Allowance plus Bonus plus full benefits package

Beach Baker is pleased to be working with this leading multi-disciplinary consultancy to attract a property management Associate Director into the team. Your role will be to provide ongoing property management services to a leading, and highly recognised client, across a range of commercial properties within London – providing professional property management advice on a range of high quality and trophy assets.

You will become part of the team which manages this portfolio, being a key point of contact to the client. You will manage one of the most recognised portfolios in London, which includes an interesting mix of commercial, retail and restaurants.

You will proactively manage the portfolio, maintaining relationships with a range of contacts, including both landlords and tenants. Handling a range of matters, you will deal with applications to alter and let; produce business plans for each asset and fulfill a range of responsibilities which, as you would expect, shall include service charge budgets and collection of rents and service charges and further have input into budget and asset management reports.
