Job Title: Project Manager – Development

Location: London

Salary: £55,000 – £66,000 (dependent on experience)

Our client, a leading Retail unit management firm, is looking for an Project Manager to join their Head Office based in Central London. A market leading name, this is an excellent and lucrative opportunity to join one of the market leading Retail name’s in Europe.

The successful candidate will join the Development team and will be responsible for the delivery of construction projects from smaller asset management projects to the main extension and refurbishment schemes. You will work closely with various internal departments and manage external professional teams throughout the lifecycle of projects.

As Project Manager you will ideally have a minimum of 5 years’ relevant project management experience and possess a broad range of sector and project experience, including Retail and Leisure. Candidates will be considered from a broad range of backgrounds including Architecture, Surveying, Engineering and Construction. It’s desirable that candidates have a relevant professional qualification for example MRICS, CIOB, ICE, ARB.
