Their centrally located Bristol office has exciting growth plans with a significant project win from an investor to project manage from inception to handover, a high value mixed use project and be involved in other high profile new build and refurbishment projects.
This is a rare opportunity to join a leading brand reporting to and working closely with the Project Director with a view to winning other new project briefs and growing the team. We envisage that the role would best suit a Senior Building Surveyor / Project Manager looking for a rapid step up to Associate Director who is confident and performance driven.
Heavily site based in Bristol from project initiation, the successful candidate should ideally be MRICS (BS or PM route), client facing and have a track record of being able to manage external project teams who has an appreciation for the bigger strategic picture. Technical (construction and contractual) and financial acumen, a networker with a can do attitude, skilled in reporting, monitoring and leading and managing multiple stakeholders are all must haves for this role.
On offer is a competitive salary with market leading incentive annual bonus based on profit, with substantial annual bonuses being possible, car allowance, 27 days holiday, private healthcare and other benefits commensurate with a leading consultancy.
Project driven candidates with a mix of, or sector experience in varied commercial, PRS, health or leisure sector experience would be particularly welcomed whether from a developer, consultancy or from the client side.
