Out of Town – Retail Investment Surveyor

My client is a leading independent retail Property consultancy looking to recruit a Senior Level Surveyor to join their expanding London team.

The position will involve providing specialist advice in all areas of investment, asset management agency and rent reviews nationwide. Working within the dynamic out of town retail market representing well established out of centre retailers the successful Surveyor will be expected to provide strategic advice to both institutional and developer landlords. Experience of large scale Out of Town retail transactions would be beneficial.

Job Responsibilities:

• The role will involve identifying retail space requirements, rent reviews, lease renewals, lease advice, restructuring and regearing.
• Be a proven fee earner
• Advising on a number of Out of Town commercial property investments including, shopping centres, cinemas, gyms, restaurants.
• Experience in advising Landlord/Developer clients on improving their holdings by implementing retail leasing strategies

The successful candidate will ideally be RICS Qualified with at least 2/3 years PQE.
