Job Role: Newly Qualified Building Surveyor

Location: London

Salary: £25,000 – £30,000

A highly respected Real Estate’s firm has recently instructed Beach Baker to recruit an APC Building Surveyor within their growing Central London office. One of the fastest growing real estate services firms in the World, they have won numerous awards and are quickly becoming recognised market leaders.

The successful candidate will be expected to take responsibility for personal development, seeking out opportunities to broaden skills and experience. Your workload will be interesting and diverse, and will involve working with an established client base.

As part of your training you will be given practical experience in dilapidations, Schedule of Condition, party walls, project management and CAD work plus other core building surveying services.You will have a structured training scheme for completing your APC. On offer is a structured training programme for completing your APC. You will be provided with regular assessments ensuring that you achieve the full level of competency. Our client is offering to pay for your APC registration fee, your first APC assessment and up to £500 towards course fees.

The ideal candidate will be recently qualified or have some APC experience with a forward thinking approach to their professional qualifications. You will have a RICS recognised in degree, with strong communication skills and commercial acumen, with a passion for exceeding client expectations. You will be ambitious, enthusiastic and relish the opportunity to grow our business.
