MRICS Commercial Agency Surveyor, W1, Up to £50,000 pa Base (DOE) & Car Allowance, Pension & Discretionary Bonus.
An established private property consultancy is looking for a MRICS Commercial Agency Surveyor to work out of the London offices based in W1.
The MRICS Commercial Agency Surveyor will be advising a range of clients that include Property Funds, Trade Unions, Banks and Private Investors on investment and operational portfolios across the UK.
As the Commercial Agency Surveyor you will be the primary point of contract for Agency services for the London office. The services offered from this business line include; Transactions (Acquisitions & Disposals), Development & Occupier Consultancy.
In order to be consider for the role the individual WILL:-
- Have a proven track record in winning new business
- Work autonomously
- Be MRICS Qualified
- Ideally be or have worked in the offices and industrial sectors
