Licensed Property Negotiator

Beach Baker has been instructed on behalf of a leading commercial property consultancy to source for a degree educated Negotiator to join the business, dealing in the sale and acquisition of pubs, restaurants and licensed properties in Leeds.

The successful candidate will inherit a number of existing accounts with the main focus on new business generation. You will have proven previous experience in residential/commercial property sales, able to work independently and have a strong sales track record. Excellent communication skills are required for this role as well as the ability to make a great first impression and think on your feet in a variety of different situations.
