Facilities Manager

An exciting new opportunity has arisen to work with a leading property management firm in central London.

My client is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to take full responsibility for a multi tenanted portfolio throughout London and the South East whilst acting as a senior manager and mentor to fellow Facilities Managers within the team.

You will be the first point of contact for all tenants within your portfolio and ensure each site is fully compliant with H&S regulations. You will procurement, tender and manage all 3rd party contracts including cleaning, security and M&E. You will also be responsible for preparing and managing the annual service charge budget. Reporting to the regional surveyors you will assist with ensuring the assets are maintained to the highest possible standard. Finally, you will be responsible for managing planned maintenance and minor works projects.

The successful candidate will have a proven background in multi-site property management, with solid service charge budget experience. You must also be able to demonstrate exceptional staff management/mentoring skills. Naturally strong communication skills are a must.
