Beach Baker is delighted to be working with an independently owned, UK wide, property consultancy in their search for a part time Facilities professional in the Bristol area.
Due to recent expansion, our client is seeking a candidate to take operational control of 3 major sites. These sites are a mix of industrial and retails parks. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contractor performance, ensuring H&S compliance, act as first point of call for the tenants and oversee minor project works.
This role is a part time role, based on 3 days per week. A full clean driving licence is required.
