As Estates Manager working through agency and for 3 High net worth individuals, you will be first point of contact for all aspects relating to their rural portfolios.
As new style owners of the estates, you will support your clients in the running of the estates whether that be development prospects, countryside management, employment, BPS and in hand farming. To that end, the successful candidate must have rural experience and be MRICS qualified.
The role is entirely client facing and as such you much consider yourself to be credible in communicating property specialist information to non-property professionals.
It is also a fee earning AD role which will suit someone looking to either progress their career in agency or move from an in-house role bac in to a varied agency environment.
