My client is a highly successful development company operating both in the UK and continental Europe. Currently looking for a Development Manager or Surveyor capable of delivering large- scale, sector specific projects over a 3-4 year period. Developing and Investing across the UK and internationally, this highly reputable company operates in prime destinations continuously looking to capitalise on their existing portfolio.
The position will entail working on live schemes completely autonomously and identifying new business opportunities.
Primary Job Responsibility:
- Full “Cradle to Grave” development management from the identification of new property development opportunities to delivering projects which generate high financial returns.
