Beach Baker is delighted to be working with a growing Facilities Management Service Provider in their search for a PFI Contract Analyst. Our client is a niche, PFI FM provider with a range of contracts across the UK, primarily covering the healthcare and education sectors.
The role will support the Commercial Manager in contract monitoring, budgeting and financial processes. This will include adherence to company policies and keep in line with the ISO9001 and 14001 accreditations. Ensure that all service deliverables are fully compliant with statutory and contractual requirements
Due to a recent increased focus on penalty opportunities, my client is seeking an experienced PFI Contract Analyst to review and analyse each contract and identify risk areas. You will review monthly reports and performance of each contract in order to make recommendations for improvements and efficiencies. Additionally, you will work closely with the finance department in analysing each site budget and ensure invoices etc are all correct.
The successful candidate must have a proven background within the PFI environment, ideally within Healthcare or Education. You will have exceptional attention to detail with extensive experience in understanding complex PFI contracts. My client is looking for a confident and capable individual.
