A leading property consultancy is looking for a Commercial Property Manager to work out of the West London offices.
Joining the established team, you will be working on a prestigious account overseeing the day to day management of an investment portfolio (spanning across multi let retail & leisure parks and offices).
As the Commercial Property Manager; you will be responsible for overseeing service charge budgets, overseeing licence for alterations, site inspections and liaison with contractors, occupiers and the client.
In order to be considered you will have a sound understanding of the Landlord & Tenant 1954 legislation, have run service charge budgets and be working towards or successfully completed your APC.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone living in West London or Middlesex who no longer wants to deal with the daily commute to Central London whilst still working with prestigious clients.
