Beach Baker are excited to be working with one of the best consultancies in the business who now seek to grow their Birmingham team of Building Surveyors. Working in a medium sized team as part of a bigger company, coming in at qualified level or with advanced APC, our client offers varied sector experience working out of fabulous offices.

The team provides the full range of Building Surveying services, from surveys of a single asset to portfolios, dilapidations, project monitoring, management and contract administration, insurance RCAs, design and specification writing for internal and external projects, PMPs, party wall, principle designer, measured surveys and schedules of condition and BREAAM related instructions.

Client facing surveyors with experience in industrial, hotel, health-care, education and retail as well as premium and volume residential will all be considered.
