Monitoring Surveyor – London – Property Consultancy

Our client, a leading, global property consultancy is looking to appoint project monitors be based from their London city office.

There is currently a small team of professionals in the bank monitor team and due to success and increased workload they are looking to expand.

Our client is lookign for:

• Good experienced senior surveyor / junior AD with development monitoring experience.
• Exceptionally good qualified surveyor form QS / PM background who is genuinely interested in making the transition to development monitoring.
• Exceptionally good graduate approaching APC who is genuinely interested in making the transition to development monitoring.

Clients consist of high street banks, major developers and lenders. Projects consist of residential, commercial office and more across London and the South East and some UK wide.

The team is very profitable and can offer excellent progression opportunities for the right individuals. There are case studies of individuals joining and moving quickly up the ranks after proving themselves. You do not have to have had experience of this kind in the past but should be committed to a change and keen to learn and grow with our client. Clients can be demanding so applicants must be able to work under pressure all the while being articulate and client facing.

£45,000-£50,000 for consultants and up to £65,000 for Associates. There is a track record of bonus being paid, car allowance and all additional benefits you would expect from a blue-chip firm.
