The particular position involves acting for investors and occupiers in the commercial market whilst handling national and international portfolios for a wide variety of clients. Our client provides the highest quality service in every aspect of property management and creates asset enhancing initiatives with their high profile clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Experience of managing assets/portfolios for institutions, prop co’s and individual clients
- Acting as the day to day contact for high profile clients providing instructions of large mixed use schemes throughout London and the South East
- Service Charge Administration
- Inspections
- Reporting to clients
- Tenant liaison and dealing with formal landlord and tenant matters such as tenant applications to assign, sub-let or carry out alterations
The successful candidate will be RICS Qualified with minimum 4 years PQE. Good commercial awareness along with experience of developing business with existing clients is essential. Excellent communication and client interfacing skills are also necessary.
