Senior Surveyor/Associate level – Investment (Capital Markets) Surveyor, London
Basic Salary range £45,000-£65,000 Base + Strong Package and Commission Structure
A leading private practice in the Retail Property market are currently recruiting an Investment professional to join their expanding Capital Markets team. Our client is looking to capitalise on their existing list of clients including Institutions, property companies, high net worth individuals and international investors and continue to be the leading advisor within the retail industry.
Led by an international network of partners with a wealth of experience in the sector my client will expect the successful candidate to apply in depth occupational knowledge to asset acquisitions and disposals.
The position will involve working within the retail property market buying and selling in-town real estate. Transactional experience along with skills gained in lease advisory, development advisory and valuation will be beneficial.

The successful candidate will ideally be RICS Qualified with 2 to 4+ years PQE. The candidate will need to possess relevant experience within the retail sector and have a strong track record of completing retail transactions.
