Beach Baker is actively recruiting for this leading private practice firm to source an Associate Director / Director within its Central London Commercial Valuation team.

As part of a hugely successful multi-disciplinary team, you will work closely with the agency and capital markets functions.

London holds some of the most iconic buildings in the country and you will have the opportunity to value an interesting range of assets from single premises to large, complex, portfolios.

This prominent firm works with the leading investors, banks and property companies and therefore you could be valuing the most expensive and iconic buildings in London.

Working with the high profile London investors, you will provide valuations for balance sheet and loan security purposes but your personal main focus will be on client liaison and key relationship management and development.

You will be a very well presented and highly articulate candidate with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in handling high value valuation matters and clients at senior level. Candidates must be MRICS.
