An award-winning practice based in the heart of Bristol City Centre is looking for additional team member. The successful candidate will be joining a small quantity surveying team but part of vibrant multi-disciplinary office with 60 people which has recently been refurbished.
The workload involves projects in healthcare sector (roughly 50%), mix-use developments typically up to the value of £5m, reinstatement cost assessments and bank monitoring, so lots of variety. Project are mainly within the South West and South Wales regions.
The ideal candidate will be between Assistant to Senior Surveyor level with at least two-years’ experience working within a PQS environment. APC support and training are provided from ore junior candidates.
