Job Title: Assistant Project Manager

Location: Central London

Salary: £30,000 – £37,000

Our client, is a national market leading firm of chartered surveyors and property consultants. Our client, a leading national firm of Chartered Surveyors and Property Consultants, are looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join their Central London office within the Building Consultancy team.

Providing property advice to over 50% of the FTSE 100, they hold some of the largest operational investment and non-operational properties to deliver the maximum return to clients. The role will include leading a number of fit out and refurbishment projects already secured, reporting to the Project Management Partner, but assuming day to day responsibility for delivery. You will contribute to business development through the establishment of key relationships with other parts of the business. The area in which you focus will strongly depend on your experience and background but is likely to include London central fit out projects ranging in value from £0.5m – £10m.

The successful candidate will join a team which prides itself on strong and productive relationships with many other parts of the business including their agency, investment, planning and development teams. You will assist the team and report directly into the Associate Project Manager.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in surveying or construction, with experience in a recognized. You don’t have to be a member of property/construction professional body such as RICS, APM, CIOB, RIBA etc, however preferential treatment will be given to candidates who have stronger experience.
