Job Title: Assistant Building Surveyor

Location: London

Salary: £24,000 – £30,000 (dependent on experience).

A highly respected commercial consultancy has recently instructed Beach Baker to recruit an APC Building Surveyor within their growing office.

The successful candidate will play a key role within this busy organisation. Your workload will be interesting and diverse, and will involve working with an established client base including owner occupiers, tenants, investment funds and developers.

As part of your training you will be given practical experience in dilapidations, Schedule of Condition, party walls, project management and CAD work plus other core building surveying services.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months APC experience with a forward thinking approach to their professional qualifications. The successful candidate will help identify and exploit further areas of growth. Ideally, the role would suit an ambitious individual, who is motivated, driven and keen to progress.
